    @Chao He,

    In order to see the correct downloads, make sure to select the desired Broadcom VMware Division (VMware Cloud Foundation, Tanzu, Application Networking & Security or Software Defined Edge) when you first log in, which is located in the upper right hand corner next to your username.

    Please note, when you go to My Downloads, you will only see downloads that you have been entitled to and if the entitlements have not been updated or loaded, then you may not see everything or anything here.

    After selecting the correct division to access the download page, the message "not entitled" is displayed when clicks Download.

    @Chao He

    I hope you've registration is completed and you've entered your
    SiteID (often referred to as Support ID, Enterprise Site ID, SID), in case not I would suggest you to See BCOM KB 142873 for instructions in creating your profile. If you do not know your SiteID, you can request it using self-service form, see BCOM KB 197283 for more information.

    Same issue with VMWare Workstation 16 Pro. I have a license, but I can't download the app, because I'm "not Entitled".  Do I need to be entitled a Duke to download the Software I paid for? It's been 3 weeks since VMWare transitioned to Broadcom!
    And I have no idea how to obtain my Site ID, every time I fill the form, it just gets reset and calls it a day!
    Just give me the damnable link to download the app- that's all I ask

    Did anyone find the solution? I also have requested Site-ID from Broadcom via Ticket. But so far no response from them.

    We have purchased VSphere Licensing and can not even download the required ISOs. Very disappointing.

    Same for me. Not entitled. I opened a support ticket about 2 weeks ago, no news, no answers.
    The site navigation is a pain in the neck, switching sections for 30 to 45s each time, and circling around for support.
    I can't download my entitled software.
    The website is a nightmare, it looks like late 1980s.
    Where is the "professional" aspect of Broadcom?
    I think I'm going to give up for products I fully paid. This is beyond amateurism.

    I agree with every other paying customer in this thread. If Broadcom doesn't get their act together and start allowing their paying customers to download the software they paid for, they are going to take a huge hit. We're working on an exist strategy for the entire VMware product line we've relied on for most of our infrastructure machines for 5 years now.

    I've already had to transition numerous VMs to VirtualBox because of the entirely lousy support Broadcom has (not) provided.
