Same issue, I have patches i need to apply , but can't find any thing in the portal where i self registered about 2 weekis ago. and I cannot create a support ticket online. Support says i dont have access to my own Site ID. SO i'm awaiting an email from Broadcom support with my Site ID and instructions for activating it. To make things worse my Support expiration was May 17th.. but I've been checking daily for the last 2 Months for a renewal quote with my Partner.... no luck.
Hope to get this straight before the CyberCriminals take advantage.

It looks like maybe all VMWare customers have missing licenses and can not contact support?
This is a problem as there appears to be 6 new 0-days for VMWare right now.
If any Broadcom tech support is fixing accounts, can you fix mine please.
Also, does Broadcom managemet know about this? Can Broadcom at least send out a mass email or something to give everyone a status update?
