  • 1.  need site ID, chat and case management not working :-(

    Hi

    we need our site ID but we are not able to request them trough chat or case management. They both don't work. Even the link to the page explaining how to get your site ID does not work.

    Who can help us?

    Hi @Pascal,

    If you have active Maintenance contracts with VMware. Please contact Broadcom customer care to find the site ID.

    Phone: Numbers listed on the contact support page

    Case:  Customer Care Request Form 

    Chat: Go to Support Portal and click on the chat icon available on the right side bottom of the page. See Contact Broadcom Support via chat for more details.

    Hi Ravi

    We already opened 2 tickets through the custommer care request form, no responce yet

    The virtual agent chat does not load and trying to open case managment throws an error: 

    We could not process your request, please try later
    So the only thing left is to call I guess?
