Rally - How to create an API key |
Resolution Access Rally Application Manager To access the Rally Application Manager, login with your Rally username and password at the following URL: https://rally1.rallydev.com/login. There are three tabs at the top of the page-Authorized Applications, API Keys, and OAuth Clients. Previously, a LoginKey was needed to collect and display CA Agile Central data in other systems, such as Confluence. |

If you are logged into a Rally project to do normal project work you'll be automatically logged into the API docs if you open another browser tab.

This is what I use for my Rally API docs. It also allows you 'play' with requests in your own projects and see the JSON responses.
