    Yes, mine are missing too. I get this when I login but still no entitlements.

    Day two, still nothing. I'm honestly not sure if I'm an EUC or a KKR customer (whatever they are ... don't really care, just want my software). Anyone know?

    I'm not a giant data center, I just have a server room with a tiny cluster for our company, with vSphere Essentials Plus that I bought FROM THE VMWARE ONLINE STORE. I now have no way to download/redownload what we paid for.

    They took our money and are not delivering the product. There's a word for this. I am beyond livid.

    I was able to get into my account but no entitlements nor anything else.  Opened a support case, requested access.  They gave me a few hoops, then said wait 48-72 hours.  It's been 48 hours and now I have no access.  If I have a problem with my cluster I'm screwed.

    Hi,

    if they are still not present then you have forgotten to connect your account to the company site ID. When you do it, all will be back.

    Not true. Connected Site ID, access to the correct "software", still no entitlements.

    The support has now contacted me and they trying to work on it.
    I have sent them all my achievements and they try to check it.

    I can only get into my account now via Chrome, and only then if I purge all cookies/history beforehand.  I normally use Brave.  Started with that, tried Firefox, Edge, and finally Chrome.  Consistent results throughout other than Chrome working if I purge beforehand.  The support case is going nowhere slowly with just one response a day, usually with links to nonapplicable KBs.  If I can't access my account, can't download, what should I do?  I know what'll happen if I have a problem.  An endless stream of emails about my account before any progress on the actual problem.  I feel like I have a gun to my head and being told to change my entire virtual environment.

    Forgot to mention - I did make it through the profile builder a while back.  Today, when I wiped Chrome and got in temporarily, none of my Vmware stuff was there.  Nor could I access the profile builder.  I got a Skyline notification.  I wonder what that was about.  Normally I would go there and see, but though I can get to my cloud account, I can't get to Skyline even with the link there.

    I gave up on the main credentials (email address) and tried my backup.  With that I was able to get into my account.  I was able to request access and after a few hours I can see my entitlements.  My downloads is empty, but I can access those by going into entitlements.  I don't have admin ability but have made requests for that.

    This shouldn't be so time consuming.

    I seem to have all my access to the main portal.  Skyline is another story.  My main login doesn't work nor does the vmware ones.  Support case is open.

    I called the support number and got a person surprisingly quickly. She navigated me through the hoops I had to jump through to request access (why I need to explicitly request anything since it's all connected to my email is a question for another time) and I've been a "pending" status for the past two days. My dashboard does show a ticket opened, but all attempts to click it to get details fail with "try again later." Hopefully they're not counting one me to access it to do anything, because it doesn't work.

    (same result on multiple machines and browsers)

    Mine too.   When I go to contact support through their link,  I go through a few auth windows, which pass, then just get an error "We could not process your request, please try again later". 

    This is not good.

    exactly the same here.

    No entitlements and when I try to open a case I get the error message after several redirects: "We could not process your request, please try later"

    Nope.   I'm going to have to call,  nothing is going to get resolved via website for the moment.

    I went through the "I don't know my SiteID" steps, like everyone, because VMware rarely if ever used that and it popped up it created a case with a case number, but I don't have permission to see the dang case, because its walled behind their okta, which since I can't create a profile I don't have. I did not even get an email with confirmation. I suspect I will have to call. They have really created the most wonderful catch 22 loop of all time.

    Also all my vmware products keys and licenses are lost. Opened a case but no answer. My entitlements list is empty. My vmware license was valid until dec 31 2024
