    During the merger and migration. It seems that my account was split into two profiles. I have booked and taken an VCP exam but it does not appear on my Broadcom profile exam history

    Hi Yasser, since you originally posted, the VMware certification support method has changed. You can request a profile merge for your exam/certifications via https://broadcomcms-software.wolkenservicedesk.com/web-form. Select Case Type 'Education: VCF Certification'. For Component select 'Profile Merges'. This form requires you to select a course, so just choose anything from the list.
