  • 1.  MUX error to download attachment if attribute is multi-attachment

    Hi all. 

    I'm checking here before opening an issue. 

    I have an attribute defined as attachment (multiple documents). 

    I can upload files , i can download from classic interface but I get an error when I try to download them from MUX.

    No problems with attachments attributes (single document).

    Any idea?

    Sorry. I tried to again to be sure and that error is not related to this problem.

    I was able to replicate in another instance. 

    It looks like the problem is related to how I access to clarity:

    with ip address it doesn't work, with correct dns name it works.

    If its purely the file download and everything else works, echoing Suman's comment could be DNS, proxy, LB or a similar network appliance as well. Or maybe hitting a specific server instead of the true entry point. Additional details will help troubleshoot
