Dear community, is there any way to monitor the ServiceNow application?

Hi Jose,

There is sdgtw probe primarily for monitoring ticket status etc., in ServiceNow but this does not provide any other monitoring data for ServiceNow. 

You may look into RESTMON probe for extracting metrics from ServiceNow using its REST APIs.
