Missing Vmware License

    All of my VMware licenses are missing on the Customer Portal. I can't open any cases. When I want to open a case, the page is not responding. A system that works amazing, how do you brake? I can't believe it. What time do you fix these issues? If I have a problem, how do I get support from you? The links that you share into forms or your website are not working. This migration operation is completely disaster.

    Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. As transition activities are ongoing for migrating VMware products, downloads, license keys, and support cases, Some details may not be current, but we anticipate this being completed as soon as possible.
    In the meantime, If you are facing any technical issue, Please call our Customer care to raise a case manually on behalf

    I opened a case using Customer Care Request Form (ID : 35057966). However, I didn't receive any email that is opened the case. I am still waiting to reach any solution. I wish that I don't have a problem in this process.

    Hi guys,

    I have similar issue like this. I am not able to merge my licenses. I opened case (Case 35041878) last Friday but nobody has contacted me yet. @Özgür, did they fixed your issue ?

    We also doesn't see our Entitlements and also we can't create a case because the login for the case portal doesn't work!

    Hi Ozgur, 

      Open a ticket is not working at all, I open a ticket for the same situation to move my licences from Vmware Cloud Gateway and still waiting for a answer, I open the ticket since may 8 and still waiting also for the assigment, also try to chat and then a technical issues error is showing, I call and the numbers but they only log the call in the case.

    Hi Ravi,

    My problem couldn't be solved for 28 days. I tried all the channels to get support from you. But I couldn't find any answer. How should I solve this problem? You can be sure at renewal annual, I will migrate my virtual platform to other platforms.

    Did yours ever show up yet? I'm also not seeing anything for mine, I also seen it was supposed to be done last week yet here we are and nothing.

    We are also facing the same issue. I have opened the case 2 days ago but still no response from the Broadcom.
