Missing VMWare entitlements

    It's been a couple of weeks now, and the VMWare entitlements still aren't showing in the portal.  Can we please get an ETA on when this will be fixed?

    I as well. I can't even access the "My Cases" page as every time I just get an Invalid Token error when getting redirected to Okta.

    Hi

    I am also in the same position - after purchasing new licenses and going to the "Build Your Profile" section to ensure the entitlements were added to our profile this is still sitting with Request sent for Approval highlighted.

    Further to this the email I received, advises me to go to my reseller or distribution partner - however I purchased online direct with Broadcom (via Digital River).

    Please assist I need these entitlements urgently - for us this is now business critical.

    Hi Jason,

    Haven't heard from them, and from the comments below, this looks pervasive.  Can you please escalate to the migration folks and get everyone a definitive answer on when we will have our entitlements?

    I have to say, that this issue should have been a go/no-go for the migration, and I'm very disappointed that it wasn't.  Free licenses, ok, maybe not.  But paid ones?  Should have a been a day-one sev 1 issue.

    We are also missing out entitlements.

    Requested access to our site ID on the 15th.

    opened a case yesterday

    and no response to either of these

    The same here! Worse support ever....

    Broadcom linked our account to a different company and when I notified them they asked me to provide so many details.

     Apparently they can't trace us anymore. I can't find the requested details! I have no access to our partner portal, nor certifications, nor licenses, I can't open or view any support ticket.

    Same here missing entitlements, I cannot upgrade VC6.7 to VC7.x as the key is not found! This is impacts everything. I opened a case and hopefully they help... Also the chat to connect to agent does not work!

    Same here! Missing entitlements and old support cases! + can't update Vcenter key from 6.7 to 7 or 8 as the key is not found!

    This is big blow for everyone!

    Same here, this is unacceptable. I have two cases open. I can't even check status of those because the wolken service desk errors out. Broadcom maybe you should have switched over after entitlements were 100% migrated. I can't access the licenses for the very expensive software my company paid for. We need to upgrade to vmware 8.
