    Hello!

    I also have a migrated vmware account. I can't see my rights. I can't edit my profile data. If I try to open a support ticket, I get an error message: "We were unable to process your request, please try again later." I would like to download a vmware vsphere hypervisor installation media.

    I already have 6 open cases But when I try to access it from the dashboard, I get the same error "We couldn't process your request, please try again later."

    My user account is: XXXXX and I have support until 2025 from Vmware

    Hello, I'm still paying attention here, I need to download some licenses, I still have basic support until 2025 and I want to enjoy it and then see what I'm going to do, please

    This is one of my cases that I have open #35062837 but it doesn't let me access to check the status because it stays in a continuous cycle and at the end it says "error try later"

    Hello William,

    You will not be able to access the case management without having access to your site ID. But you can respond to the email received from the case and that will update your response to the case.

    Hello, thank you for your response, I would like to know when I can have
    access to my products and support rights since we need to download Vcenter
    and vSphere licenses and we are waiting... please
