    Good afternoon, team.
Could you help me share information about the maximum number of users who can simultaneously access the DX NetOps NFA platform?

    Jose,

There is no maximum amount of users allowed to access NFA at once.

Let us know if you have any further concerns.

    Thanks,

    Justin Signa

    Hi Jose,

There is no hard limit on number of users that can login concurrently in NFA console because this is due to fact that it depends on resources like CPU,RAM,I/O configured on the server.

As NFA is database-heavy, when x number of users say 10+ users try to run heavy/big 'Flow Forensic' report simultaneously; it would run complex SQL queries in DB which will consume resources and slow down the system so you would notice minimal performance degrade for next user trying to login.

Another point for number of users depends on if system is running standalone or distributed NFA.

Short answer is there is no hard limit configured and it is scalability limit.

    Thanks,
    Yamini Laxmi.

    Hi Jose,

There is no hard limit for number of users that can login to NFA console because it depends on resources available like CPU, RAM, I/O etc.

As NFA is 'database-heavy' application, assume x number of users say 10+ users already logged in and trying to run heavy/big 'Flow Forensic' report simultaneously then it would run complex SQL queries in DB which will consume resources in the system hence next user trying to login would observe minimal performance degradation.

Short answer for the ask is no hard-code concurrent login configured and it relays on architecture like standalone or distributed system also resource available.

    Thanks,

    Yamini Laxmi.

    Good afternoon, team.

Thank you for the information shared.

My client will be having a hearing, and we need to know if the following criteria are met:

"Specify the number of concurrent users that the management platform supports (for hardware, software, and licenses) without impacting performance. Specify the licensing type.
Important: The minimum number of concurrent users must be 20."

Based on your knowledge and experience, what feedback can you share so I can determine what information I can provide?

    Thank you!
