To ensure MAT stays aligned with the latest industry standards, the MAT REST API now supports Spring Boot 3. This update brings significant benefits for users moving toward modern Java ecosystems:

Modern Compatibility: Full support for Java 17 and 21 runtimes and Jakarta EE.

Hardened Security: Features enhanced token generation, refined lifecycle management, and safer in-memory handling.

Improved Quality & Consistency: We've standardized validation across all endpoints and implemented global exception handling, meaning you get clearer error messages and predictable response codes.
Spring Boot 2 remains available for those currently utilizing Java 8 or 11.
