    Hi,

Can you please look at the doc link - https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/intelligent-automation/ca-workload-automation-de/25-0/installing/installing-ca-workload-automation-de/download-the-ca-workload-automation-de-iso-file.html

For Desktop Client , you have to install 12.4 separately , there is no inplace upgrade option for Desktop Clients.

    Hope it helps!

    Ravi Kiran

    Hi,

DE 12.4 iso should contain the Desktop Client and other components installers. Web client iso will contain only web client installer.

    Hi Carlos,

The dSeries Desktop Client will always be contained on the dSeries ISO, in this case, ESPdSeries_WADEr12_4.ISO. Once you mount the ISO image on your PC or server, you will see that the contents of the ISO contains 13 separate folders for each of the available components across multiple OS platforms. The one you are interested in, specifically for the Desktop Client is called "ESP_dSeries_Workload_Automation_DE_Desktop_Client_R12_4_for_Windows."

    HTH,
    ~Steve
