  • 1.  Linux Agent not starting

    Hi Community,

    We are facing a issue in one of our Linux servers where Linux agent V24 is not starting. I have attached the error below. We tried installing V21 and it worked.
    Could you please help me on finding root cause for this.

    Hi Shravan,

    pls try with Adopt OpenJDK17:

    1. download OpenJDK17 from Adoptium
    2. copy the uncompressed file to <agent>/bin/jre
    3. start the Agent again
