licenses missing

    Don't know if this is the good place for this issue but I am unable to open any ticket to Broadcom. Since the Migration all of my licenses are missing and I cannot access any Downloads. Is there any email/suport I could contact that works?

    i believe the license portal has status posted at the top when you login. 

    Check for message updates on the progress of migration.

    Same situation. After account activation, all previous VMWARE licenses not found. Yes I can see the warning message but I want to see my license after the migration. If the portal is not ready why switch us. None of the technical document is helpful and some KB also 404. No good way to find support as well. Bad transition.

    Thank you for your quick reply. I've saw the big banner, don't want to question "why" wasn't left "readonly" at least till the migration is completed.

    My issue is related to the Downloads unavailable as no licenses associated with the account.

    I will wait some more..

    So just logged in, no banner saying anything, but no licenses, entitlements, downloads, etc.  This really feels like a very rushed change over that wasn't well thought out.

    Same! This is simply unacceptable. The account migration was forced on us before Broadcom was even ready, thus creating a larger group of dissatisfied customers.

    I know the team working on the licensing portal project is aware of the gap, they have been updating the banner on the portal and have all hands on deck, getting this project launched.

    I am sorry, but this was done poorly. It is a shame because VMWare had a great website and we were able to easily get our licence keys and download our softwares. This should have been done another way...  now all we can do is wait for Broadbcom to get it together and fix the issues.

    There is no banner anymore, we still have no access to any licensed VMware Products. I hope this can be solved without legal.

    My ticket got closed and my Request was denied, very nice Broadcom, what to do now?

    same here... licenses missing after migration.
