License Hub 2.0 Or Not?!

I received emails stating I had to move to using license hub 2.0 VM for our license consumption for AVI LB.  I opened a ticket with Broadcom TAC and they tell me its not necessary since I already have my AVI LB consuming the licenses in the AVI Cloud Console.  Yet when you search on google,  its AI summary says "yes you need to migrate to license hub 2.0".  Anyone know for sure what's up with this?  I may need License Hub 2.0 for my NSX environment to consume licenses as well.  I'm currently running AVI 30.2.7 and looking to move to 32.1.2.

     Yes, if you are using Avi Cloud Console already in 30.2.7 for licensing there is requirement to use License hub 2.0. 

The following depiction for the customer scenarios:-


Where as for NSX environment (for your vDefend deployment for DFW, GFW, ATP, NDR/NTA, etc..) you will need to use License Hub as a mandatory component for VCF 9.1.0 onwards. The following are the scenarios
