Is there a way or a chance to get around that (sarcasm) wonderfull (/sarcasm) AI-chatbot on the Knowledgebase-Site? Yeah Marketing wins always ;-)
I understand so called AI (Turing is not proven) is quite some sort of "hot stuff", but I think most of us are professionals who can describe their search-statements for an Article by themself.
That frontend is not a help, but a timewaste in my opinion... and to be honest it was one of my farourites on friday to read the new KB-Article for DX UIM. Sometimes the pointed something out, which I didnt notice or could do better.
In the support portal is some part of it... but thats... well.. not the same and only those who are shown.
Now the question is there a URL which get the "old" list or something like that back... propably I didnt got the memo :-)
