Keyboard Layout issue after upgraded to 4.1.5

Hi team, after to have upgraded my PAM to 4.1.5 I start having users complaining about Keyboard Layout issue. I have two examples: User´s keyboard is EN-US and "|" doesn´t work. For other user it is FR-CA and "." "|"  not working as well.

This morning I got 2 more cases. It looks like something is going on.

Hi Higor,
Thank you for posting in our PAM community.
I know you mentioned that the language is EN-US and the pipe character doesn't work. We need to understand the language on the machine running the PAM Client and the keyboard language chosen for the Device being accessed.
For example EN-US on both machines also the "|" pipe doesn't work?
Please open a Support case so we can further investigate this issue in detail.
