  • 1.  Issue with Changing Default SQL Port from 1433 to Custom Port 2991

    Hi Everyone,

    Good day to you.

    Successful configure to change port from 1433 to port 2991, however when we attempt to remove the default port 1433 from SQL Server Configuration Manager, the CA Service Desk Manager Server service fails to restart.

    In  SQL Server Configuration Manager and executed pdm_configure, the system successfully recognizes and applies the custom port 2991. This change is reflected in both the Nx.env and config.properties files.

    Here the error:

    Unfortunately the image does not appear.

    If the error is with pdm_configure, please provide the CONFIGURE.LOG file located in NX_ROOT\log
