is there no General Availability Statement for Spectrum 23.3.8 ?

Spectrum 23.3.8 has been released but there seams to be no General Availability statement.

I received an email announcement for Netops. Here it is.  Nowadays, there's no Spectrum per se anymore, it is licensed as bundle, NetOps.

Helo Cătălin, thanks for the reply. This helped. Seams I´m not registered for DX Netops General Availability notifications. Have you done that or should this happen automatically ?

I  think you are required to subscribe. I recommend you do it. NetOps should contain Spectrum, PM, MM, NFA, VNA.
