Rally is pleased to introduce the new AI Chat bot - your AI-powered workspace assistant that helps you get answers, insights, and create content with more context using your data.
Click the robot icon to open the AI chat bot and start asking questions.
Highlights of the AI Chat Bot includes:

Ask questions based on Rally documentation: Allows any Rally user to ask documentation-based questions, learn how to use Rally's features, and get practical advice and guidance to work more efficiently within the platform.

Create user stories directly through AI Chat bot: Enables product owners, business analysts, and developers to quickly generate well-structured user stories with AI guidance, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with project goals.

Get AI-powered insights on Throughput/velocity and WIP Charts: Enables Scrum Masters, development managers, and teams to analyze performance trends, review AI-generated observations, and apply suggested improvements to enhance team flow and efficiency.
Click the AI button on the throughput/velocity or WIP chart on the Team Board > Charts > Flow Metrics to get chart interpretation in the AI chat bot.
The AI Chat Bot functionality depends on your subscription configuration:

If your AI Module is ON, you'll have full functionality including chart interpretation, schema-based query assistance, and user story creation.

If it's OFF, you'll still be able to use an AI Chat bot but they will be limited to documentation-based answers and basic queries that do not access customer data.
More information about the AI Chat bot will be available in Rally documentation. If you don't see full AI Chat bot experience, please reach out to your subscription administrator to have them request for the AI module to be enabled in your subscription.
