Integration of Symantec DLP With ServiceNow End User Remediation App

I am trying to integrate Symantec DLP with ServiceNow End User Remediation app for remediation workflow for Data-at-rest cases.

Let me know if someone has done this integration in their respective environment and if yes, please let me know the efforts and time required to do it integration and what were common challenges you faced during the integration period.

Hi Lovekesh

Before you attempt to implement this for data-at-rest cases, please check the total effort you will require per incident and multiply that times/cost with the number of data at rest cases. Remediate Data-at-rest incidents 1:1 is not very cost effective. Only endpoint incidents are good for a 1:1 remediation. All other channels needs some kind of bundling logic to be accurate or efficient.
