I am "signing off" again!

My shop has completed its upgrade from v12 to V21.0.8 and they no longer need my services, so I am going to retire from working with Automic again!

Lessons learned included;

(1) We upgraded over the same weekend that daylight savings time shifted, and the act of copying our Automic SQLServer database resulted in a database that was off by 1 hour.  (easy DBA fix)

(2) Some email attachments were not working until we elevated the credentials on our JWPs to grant access to those attachments.

(3) Historically we invoked Powershell two ways; the custom interpreter and the newer method, begin_ext_interpreter. I never got the full understanding of what the root problem was, but my guess is they may have failed to re-install the custom interpreter properly which is an agent INI file change?  They modified the impacted apps so they work.

(4) Microsoft Edge doesn't always play nice with the new AWI. They no longer use Microsoft Edge.
