The instructions i gave earlier was about changing your community portal email address, However from the screen shot you shared it seems you are trying to change your partner login email, if that is the case i would recommend to contact Broadcom Partner Helpdesk.

Referring to the screen shot you shared above, If there no option to press the [edit] and change your email, then you have to address and assess that with Broadcom Partner help desk [Partner.helpdesk@broadcom.com]
