I'd like to know how you use the AAI tool in your companies.
Could you give me some examples of what you use from AAI and how the information gained from it leads to an optimization process?
Which departments are involved (business, technical) and do you have certain roles established for operating AAI (job maintenance, defining Jobstreams, business analysts)?
Is the prime benefit to keep an eye on SLA Management or are there other benefits too?
