When we have a legacy APM implementation using webview services dashboard and teams looking to the screens 24h it's mandatory to avoid the risk to interrupt those service views with product migrations or upgrades.
APM agents can be swap into O2 using several methods and at least the monitoring will have a low downtime but when we need to move also the service dashboards there is when the risk increases, because the APM agent it's not able to stream the data into both APM and O2 at the same time.
Should be a good idea to have a solution that reduce this kind of migration risk to zero creating a real trust between the product and the customer.
