Hardware inventory for Epson TM-88v receipt printer

Greetings,

If a PC has an Epson TM-88v receipt printer connected (USB), is it possible to have it show up in the Hardware / printer tab view when you click on an object in the "All Computer" view? The closest I could come to finding it was right clicking, selecting "Resource Manager" / View / Inventory / Inventory / Hardware / USB Device

Hi Iskyfly!

Starting from ITMS 8.8 release, admin can add any appropriate data class in ITMS Views page.

Quick example
1. Click on required computer and go to "Custom Data" section


2. Find USB data class and check required columns (click OK)  to be shown further in "Custom Data" section for each selected computer from All Computers view

Set of chosen data classes in "Custom Data" section is available for all computers
(not possible to have separate set of chosen data classes for separate computers)
