It's not so much as a problem with Ghost, but a problem with WinPE and how it handles scaling (which is not at all).
I did some testing to see if I could get WinPE to boot to a different resolution using an unattend.xml file but I could not get that to work either. WinPE is quite stiff when it comes to configuration changes, it seems.
I will go the other route and speak with the Ghost support team to see if we can get a feature request open for Ghost about some kind of 'Double Pixel Scale' mode on Ghost's startup screen.

No solution available at this time from Broadcom. My ticket is closed. Maybe they will fix it in a future version.

I just realized that this issue was reported almost 7 years ago. That really makes me sad,

Good morning,
I know the problem very well and it is applicable to current WinPE versions and all recent Ghost versions as well. Especially on high-res notebook screens the Ghost GUI is not usable because unreadable small. I tried to configure WinPE in a way to use lower resolutions, but was not able to find a single working solution.
--> What is BROADCOMs advise to that well known problem - could you guide us?
Thanks in advance
Thomas
