Subject: General Availability Announcement for Clarity 16.1.3 Patch 3 (16.1.3.3)
@Suman Pramanik I keep getting permission denied both via my email notice and above when trying to read the READ ME notes. I can go directly to the support site and download the entire install, but I just want the read me notes. Can someone check that link? All the other links seem to do the same thing and I am logged into Support.
update- I had support send me the file .. but some users may have issues and I was logged into the support site

Subject: General Availability Announcement for Clarity 16.1.3 Patch 3 (16.1.3.3)
On behalf of CA Technologies, A Broadcom Company, we appreciate your business and the opportunity to provide you with high-quality, innovative software and services. As part of our ongoing commitment to customer success, we regularly release patches for the supported version of Clarity. Today, we are pleased to announce the general availability of Clarity 16.1.3 Patch 3 (16.1.3.3) for all customers.
As posted in our "Customer-Reported Defect Resolution Policy," patches address a specific set of critical issues that impact our customers and cannot technically wait to be delivered in the next release. Customers can obtain a full list of issues fixed as part of this patch by navigating to Clarity 16.1.3 Patch Readme documentation located in TechDocs. We recommend that our customers apply the latest patch in their Clarity environments.
- IMPORTANT: Before applying this cumulative patch, review the README information for any special instructions. By applying this patch, you will receive cumulative fixes of any previously released patches for this version of Clarity.
On-premise customers can download the patch from Broadcom product download. Please log in using the same credentials you use for Broadcom's case management system. To install the patch, follow the installation procedures listed in TechDocs.
NOTE:
- Patches are intended to be timely fixes and are not fully regression or integration tested. They are only tested against the issues listed in the readme file. Broadcom feels confident that this patch will resolve the addressed problems, but customers should be aware that a patch could have adverse side effects on the function of their Clarity application. Customers should not apply patches directly to production systems without first verifying in a non-production environment. If any issues arise in the installation or use of this patch, please contact Broadcom Support.
- After applying the patch, remember to download and install updated client applications, such as the connectors for the schedulers and XOG client applications.
- The installation of any patch may impact Classic UI views. Please be sure to implement it in a non-production environment and test the impact of the patch on the views you have configured in Clarity Studio.
Should you need any assistance, please contact Broadcom Support. In addition, we also recommend reviewing our Broadcom Support Lifecycle Policy
Thank you again for your business.
