As part of our ongoing commitment to customer success, we regularly release updated versions of our products. We are pleased to announce that DX NetOps 25.4.4, which includes NetOps Smarts and NetOps Network Configuration Manager (NCM), is now available.

    You can download DX NetOps 25.4.4 from the My Downloads page on the Broadcom Support Portal.

    Upgrade Information

    For important information before you upgrade, see Upgrade DX NetOps. Specific guidance is also provided for NetOps Smarts and NetOps NCM, covering preparation steps, upgrade methods, and post-upgrade verification tasks.

    Take advantage of the upgrade support benefits that are included in your DX NetOps maintenance plan by visiting the DX NetOps Designated Weekend Upgrade Program site.

    Product Updates

    To receive timely DX NetOps product updates, update your Broadcom Support Portal notification settings: Go to My Profile, select Notification Settings, search for "Network Observability," and then toggle the notifications as needed.

    End of Service Reminder

    Broadcom is discontinuing support for all components delivered as part of DX NetOps 24.3.x, including Smarts 24.3.x and NCM 24.3.x, effective October 31, 2026. For more information, see the prior written notification, refer to our End-of-Service and End-of-Life Policy within the Broadcom Maintenance Policy Handbook, and review the Product Lifecycle page on the Broadcom Support Portal.
