Hi all,

I would like to seek your advice on this matter. Based on the Fixed Issues documentation, the issue related to NSE processing should have already been resolved.

However, the customer has upgraded to version 8.8.1, and the issue still persists.

Could you please advise if there is any point fix or additional patch that the customer needs to apply to resolve this issue?

Hi Mohamad Sukry, 

There is a new Pointfix for ITMS 8.8.1 called "SMA_SMP_8_8_1_PF_v3_08May2026.zip". 
You could try this PF and see if this fixes the isssue..

We still have the same issue after installing this PF.

May I check whether applying this point fix ("SMA_SMP_8_8_1_PF_v3_08May2026.zip") will require upgrading/reinstalling the agents on client machines as well?

Yes, this Pointfix introduces a new Agent Version. You can find the details in the PDF File inside  the "SMA_SMP_8_8_1_PF_v3_08May2026.zip" File.

We just realized that we had already applied the point fix "SMA_SMP_8_8_1_PF_v3_08May2026.zip" after upgrading to version 8.8.1 in order to resolve another issue where some Asset Tasks could not be opened.

According to the Support Team, a new Pointfix Version 4 will be released soon, which should finally resolve the issue.

The new Pointfix version is expected to be available very soon.
