    We are in the process of moving our Dseries 12.3 to servers in AWS cloud.   We have been having issues where 'subscribe' would not work or file triggers not being picked up.    In debugging what was causing this I found this message in the errors log.    This is not what is causing the issue I am debugging and I have seen this message in our current errors.txt for are local servers.   This is the espdseries Agent installed with the WADE software so is the 'system' agent.   What does this message mean?   Is it just a timing situation?

    Hi,

    This error indicates network issue:

    The conversation is unable to connect to partner cawa-main-server-dev.rsrd.pearsondev.tech:7520. The exception is Connection refused (Connection refused)

    The DE server is not able to reach agent on port 7520.  Check if agent is up and running, and then see if the port is open or not.
