Try visiting Download Broadcom products and software, scroll down the page a bit and select the VMware Cloud Foundation link and hopefully you'll find 2 pages worth of VMware products to download..

What about OEM images. Just was the HPE or DELL customized image. Or is it expected that we now have to dig on their respective sites for the images? Typically we had a tab under ESXi downloads to download such add-ons.

I found the OEM images by following this:- https://support.broadcom.com/group/ecx/downloads? -> clicking the "VMware vSphere" link -> selecting one of the links such as "VMware vSphere Essentials Plus" -> selecting a version like "8.0" -> and on the screen that appears I see a link to "Custom ISOs".

i can't ask site id , due the form for this request give always error . i tried ask by chat but died awaiting a replay . someone have a solution ? i need urgent vcsa 7

I can see the downloads, but i am not entitled to download anything from there. This migration is a desaster.

This is crazy, everything was clean and easy before, now it's just a mess.. At least I got the same username on the forum that I had with my vmware account without doing anything lol

Agreed, such a s-show...

Can't find or do anything, added our Site ID over 24 hours ago and still nothing has been added to my account, the ticking system says my account doesn't exist so I can't even open a support case!  I hope they reimburse people for the lost support time that we paid for and are not getting!

What sort of format is the site ID in? I have many numbers but none labelled up as site id.

I have tried multiple times to use the support chat box, first time the box to enter text disappeared so I couldn't reply. 2nd time just timed out, 3rd and 4 times I received no replies until the chat timed out and then a string came through all in one go - so looks like some issues there.

All I wan't to do is download vCenter server which I was unable to do last week as downloads disappeared, and I still can't do it this week :-(

My site ID was 8 numbers long

Found it by going to "My profile" then doing "Build your profile". Follow the steps it asks and it gave me the site ID
