    Hey Everyone,

    Our account has been sitting on "waiting for approval" for multiple days.
    We were able to get our Build ID to build a profile, however we've been unsuccessful in getting any of our Entitlement's for our account brought over after doing this. Unable to create any support cases unfortunately, and this looks to be a widespread issue.

    I've reached out to the help chat a number of times without luck, anyone else heard anything from support?

    Attempting to follow-up on this again to see if anyone can assist? I also created a case to have this looked into but have not heard anything. Any help would be appreciated!

    Hi @admin,

    Due to Broadcom's focus on providing high security to our customers, we cannot accept DL or group email addresses. NOTE: ⚠️ Use of a shared email account or a distribution list (PDL) is a security risk and a violation of the Terms of Use for the Broadcom support portal.

    Please, perform a new registration with a valid Individual Corporate email address. (Ex: yourname@example.com
