Subject: End of Life Announcement for Alert Central
Broadcom is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. To focus our development efforts and to help our customer base achieve their strategic business initiatives, we are investing our resources in new technology and software and will be discontinuing technical support on Alert Central. In accordance with the Broadcom Maintenance Policy Handbook, please consider this email your written notification of End of Life for Alert Central. This notification means that Alert Central will no longer be enhanced and operational and technical support will be discontinued effective January 31, 2027. After January 31, 2027, Broadcom will continue to make self-service support available until the end of your current maintenance term.
Broadcom has made WatchTower Alert Insights available as a migration path. We encourage you to migrate to WatchTower Alert Insights as soon as possible, so you can take full advantage of the features, functionalities, and enhancements of this new offering. Alert Insights can be downloaded from the WatchTower Foundations file in the WatchTower 1.3 packaging. Additional information can be found in Tech Docs.

Broadcom would like to make your upgrade to WatchTower Alert Insights as straightforward as possible, so we offer the following assistance:
- The latest supported Release of WatchTower Alert Insights, at no charge, if you have an active maintenance contract for OPS/MVS® Event Management and Automation, SYSVIEW® Performance Management, NetMaster Network Management, Vantage™ Storage Resource Manager or the WatchTower Platform Suite. Documentation to help you prepare for your upgrade to the new offering can be found here.
