Just in case, if you are not aware, DXO2 OnPrem 25.1. hotfix#2 has been released and it is available from BRCM Support Download site.

The 25.1.HF2 hotfix release includes fixes for the following defects and also the fixes for the previous 25.1 hotfixes:

DE641699: Single Ticket For Multiple Alarms is Not Resolved

DE632686: Spectrum Alarms Not Closed

DE647981: Alarms are Not Closed in Spectrum with Southbound Gateway

DE643272: Associated Services Not Retained When Alarms Are Reopened

DE643256: Inconsistent Behavior in Service Operation Topology Alarms View

DE643279: Incorrect Results Due to Additional Condition in the Query
