Does Clarity support email server with authentication and TLS?

  • 1.  Does Clarity support email server with authentication and TLS?

    Hi all.

    I need to change email configuration since customer changed email relay server.

    Before it was without authentication and now there is authentication and TLS.   

    I've configured, in NSA, email server,user,password and port but it doesn't work.

    The first doubt is that clarity doesn't support email authentication with TLS.

    Do you know if it supports or not? 

    Also do you know how to trace email activity?

    Yes clarity support Start TLS and we have documented the same too. However you need to confirm your clarity version as it was provided in 16.3.0 as far as I can remember.  To trace you can enable debug on notification class com.niku.union.notification and also enable tracing tool to see the email traffic on the network.
