Broadcom recently implemented an agentic AI search tool on techdocs.broadcom.com. To optimize your search experience, we recommend the following best practices when entering your search request:
- Use natural, conversational language while also including product-specific terms.
- Submit a complete question or a declarative statement describing your need.
- Instead of isolated keyword searches, ask for links to pages that contain the keyword.
- Ask follow-up questions to refine your search results.
Examples:
- Can you provide a link to the message ACF01001?
- Provide a list of articles that explain how to use the REST API.
- Create a list with links to all pages about how to configure certificates.
Tip: If the search response time seems slow, clearing or refreshing your browser cookies can help speed things up.
