We want to inform you about a change in our product direction that may affect your use of Compliance Information Analysis (CIA) Real-Time feature. After careful consideration, due to demand and challenges in supporting this feature of CIA, we are making this feature of CIA obsolete and will no longer provide support for the CIA Real-Time feature effective May 1, 2026.
The CIA Real-Time feature is currently part of the CIA r6 feature, available from the Mainframe Security Insights Platform package that is downloadable from the following Broadcom products:
- ACF2™
- Top Secret® for z/OS
- ACF2 Option for Db2
- Top Secret Option for Db2
- Advanced Authentication Mainframe
- Auditor for z/OS
- Cleanup for RACF
- Cleanup for ACF2
- Cleanup for Top Secret
- Compliance Event Manager
- Trusted Access Manager for Z
We encourage customers to evaluate their needs around the frequency of updating CIA databases and consider utilizing scheduling to achieve similar results as provided by CIA Real-Time feature.
