Sorry, Symantec_CMDB text is wrong.
To use the 443 or 80 Port as a different port, it must change the binding settings through IIS.
If Altiris is already installed with IIS configured with the default port (443 or 80), the path is recorded within Symantec_CMDB and you must perform an overall reconfiguration operation.
In other words, you must configure binding settings on the desired ports in IIS and perform a full reconfiguration operation through Symantec Install Manager.
