CDM Probe not work and PID is missing.

Hi Everyone,

Good day to you.

I need some advise on below:

Suddenly the data of some machine did not appear, so I went to look at the CDM probe of that machine and found that the probe status was green but the PID was gone and there was a log saying cdm: Read owner, OpenProcess failed 0, error: 87 every 1 minute. But after restarting the robot, the PID and data came back but the log still shows up as if it was walking until now.

Version of CDM probe is 7.21, and I haven't changed or edited anything on the CDM probe. This is a picture of that robot. You will see Port and PID are missing, but probe is not an error:

I did found this KB but it's just imperative to reduce CPU and memory consumption, so anyone have another solution if it happen again.

Have you tried backing up the cfg file, removing cdm and redeploying? Also delete the cdm folder on the Server too.
