I have been trying to submit my OpenPGP Certificate to the PGP Global Directory (PGP Global Directory), but I always get the error "Not PGP Key
The file you uploaded was not a PGP key. Please submit only PGP keys.
"
I have tried uploading with the Key Block option, and also with the .asc file. I have also tried removing some of the uids on my key, as well as minimizing it. I always get the same error.

What is the issue with this service? Is it defunct and non-operational? I do, however, still see recent online articles regarding its use.
