I am posting this here in the hopes that this will go through to the customer care discussion. The other day I made a mistake and double-posted to one of the other discussion groups. At least, I believe this was the reason why my post was deleted from the forum from one of the moderators although no official explanation was given to me. I have tried to send a direct message to both @Julia Klaus and @Jason McClellan because I am not sure how I can be permitted to post messages in the community again. So far, I have not heard back from either one. I am not even sure if the private messages were successfully sent (I clicked send but I got no confirmation). If there is anyone who is able to help me in posting a message in the Fusion community or get back into the moderators' "good graces" can you help me with this? I wasn't sure which other discussion to post this in so I figured I would post here. Any help with posting in the community would be appreciated. Thank you so much in advance.
