  • 1.  Cannot post to Fusion Community

    Hello All,

    I am posting this here in the hopes that this will go through to the customer care discussion. The other day I made a mistake and double-posted to one of the other discussion groups. At least, I believe this was the reason why my post was deleted from the forum from one of the moderators although no official explanation was given to me. I have tried to send a direct message to both @Julia Klaus and @Jason McClellan because I am not sure how I can be permitted to post messages in the community again. So far, I have not heard back from either one. I am not even sure if the private messages were successfully sent (I clicked send but I got no confirmation). If there is anyone who is able to help me in posting a message in the Fusion community or get back into the moderators' "good graces" can you help me with this? I wasn't sure which other discussion to post this in so I figured I would post here. Any help with posting in the community would be appreciated. Thank you so much in advance.

    @Cory Samaha -  the Fusion Community gets a lot of traffic daily and moderators will release posts as they are able.   I'll check my DM for a note from you but typically all posts are released daily.   If there were multiple posts, sometimes the second is deleted if it looks close.   As noted on the forums "all first posts are moderated."  that being said it looks like you have 14 contributions in your account.    Thanks Jason McClellan, Platform Admin  cc: @Julia Klaus

    From DM:  Cory - I did find it in the rejected messages marked as duplicate content.  After checking the forum, I did not see a dupe, so I restored it.  Apologies, our volume is 10x these days and sometimes we make mistakes.  Apologies.   Thanks  Jason McClellan, Platform Admin
