Cannot generate RP4 function due to licensing issue

We are experiencing a problem that we are licensed for RPG and RP4 generation until 12/31/2035 according to YDSPLICPRD.  We have generated a number of RP4 function and RPG function in the past.

Suddenly we cannot generate RP4 function and get an error stating "Machine mismatch for Vendor  Product  Release  "

We can still generate as RPG.

Any suggestions to help will be appreciated.

Have you recently migrated 2E to a different IBM i machine than the one where the working license was previously installed?

The 2E license is directly linked to the QMODEL and QSRLNBR system values of the specific IBM i machine where 2E is hosted.

No, we haven't.  We also applied the license that we have for the current machine again and it was successfull.  If we look at YDSPLICPRD we can see that both RPG and RP4 is licensed.  We can submit RPG functions for generation, but not RP4 functions.  

We have also noticed that we can get them to generated by using the joblist menu.

It looks like we might be dealing with a library list discrepancy. Could you compare the library lists for the failed RP4 submissions against a successful one via the job lists menu?

Specifically, it would be helpful to check the following data areas for both libray lists:

DSPDTAARA YRLSNBRRFA

DSPDTAARA YMDLNBRRFA

DSPDTAARA YMDLLVLRFA

This should hopefully point us toward the root cause. If the issue persists after checking those, let's follow Raghu's advice and open a case with Broadcom Support so we can investigate further.

I tried to open a case, but it does not give me the CA 2E option,  only Plex.  We have a current maintenance with Broadcom.  I logged a ticket requesitng the reason I cannot choose CA 2E in the product drop down.
