Cannot access my Case

    Get redirected and a final error of "We could not process your request, please try later"

    This is after I click the link in email https://community.carbonblack.com/t5/custom/page/page-id/case-connector/board-id/upz1me?caseid=5008a00002TvImYAAV 

    which takes me to the community page. Then I click on support. Which takes me to a Support and Services page. Then I click support Portal Where I have to click login and after I login. Then i am presented with a search box. which doesn't help. So I click around until I find the drop down and I select "VMware Cloud Foundation"  since I am looking for my ticket regarding Carbon Black. And I get to my Dashboard. Then I clock on my 1 open case and I get redirected to the page that says "We could not process your request, please try later" So I have my colleague login to his account and he tries to view one of 10 previous cases that are listed and he gets the same error as have! Very frustrating.

    If you are facing issues getting into the portal to log a case or difficulties in authenticating into the portal, Please submit the issue from Customer care web form We will validate your account and assist you further in resolving the issue.

    Hi, 

    I have the same error I opened a case on the link below but did not receive a confirmation email. This is very frustrating.

    Hi @Piotr Kubat,

    In order to access your Cases, product downloads, Entitlements, you should have access to your site ID.

    If you have an existing profile on the Broadcom Support Portal and do not see entitlements
    Please refer to Adding Broadcom Site IDs to an existing profile

    If you need help finding your Site ID, please use the Support Site ID request Form 

    If you need further assistance or to report issues, Please use The Customer Care Request Form or Contact Support via phone
