After implementing patch 17.4.2, and opening the SDM web interface (IIS and tomcat), we noticed that Internet Explorer does not load certain options such as: viewing an existing ticket, or creating a new one, editing a record in the Administration tab such as modifying the web_cgi_url, or for example, the URL of the archive and purge file directory is not displayed.
Is this a defect or an expected behavior? In 17.4.1 these features in Internet Explorer do work.
We noticed this in a client environment that does not have Edge or Chrome installed on its application servers.
