CA SDM 17.4.2 - Some features do not work in Internet Explorer

    After implementing patch 17.4.2, and opening the SDM web interface (IIS and tomcat), we noticed that Internet Explorer does not load certain options such as: viewing an existing ticket, or creating a new one, editing a record in the Administration tab such as modifying the web_cgi_url, or for example, the URL of the archive and purge file directory is not displayed. 
     
    Is this a defect or an expected behavior? In 17.4.1 these features in Internet Explorer do work.
     
    We noticed this in a client environment that does not have Edge or Chrome installed on its application servers.

    Hi Reinaldo Rivero,

    We are not supporting IE browser as it is End of support. Can you please validate the same functionality in other supported browsers like IE Edge, Chrome, or Firefox?
