CA Automic Application Manager- Licenses usage

I am looking for the steps how to check the licenses usage, host names and machine/ device details on which CA Automic Application Manager is installed. Can I get this information from "CA application Manager console"? 

Note: The product doesn't have PLA agreement signed. So, usage telemetry data can't be obtained.

You're probably in the wrong forum. This is Automic Automation (formerly UC4), not Automic Application Manager.
