    Unresolved calendars/schedules can create issues later. The WTO CA-7.350 is a built-in reminder to review upcoming schedule expirations and take action before they become a problem.

    CA 7 issues 'CA-7.350 – REMINDER TO DO RESOLVES' as a reminder that calendar resolves may need to be completed before schedules expire.

    This message is issued twice a year:

    • June 1

    • December 1

    If CA 7 is down on those dates, the message is issued later when CA 7 is available.

    This is also a great opportunity for automation. Teams can use this WTO to trigger:

    • email reminders

    • ServiceNow tasks

    • dashboard alerts

    • automated operational checklists

    • calendar maintenance workflows
