Backup Tool: SelectiveExportUtil tool is missing main jar for release 15.

It appears that the package, idm-tools-15.0.0-450-GA.zip, is missing the selectiveExportUtility-15.0.0.jar     

Will there be an update for fixpack5 for idm-tools?

Will there be a new replacement for ImportExportUtility for r15?

We used this extensively for auto-backup every day of the IME.zip and Roles&Tasks to confirm what was changed by different admin/developers was what was expected.
